Dr. Saucedo went out of his way to tend to my injury due to how time sensitive and crucial it was to have surgery as soon as possible. He and his entire staff was so kind and comforting throughout the entire experience, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Best Orthopedic Surgeon Bar None!

One word: EXCEPTIONAL! Who am I kidding? You cannot use just one word to describe Dr. Saucedo’s outstanding commitment to serving his patients through his vocation! Dr. Saucedo is a rare doctor. I went through two surgeries with another surgeon that included incredibly difficult recoveries. I was referred to Dr. Saucedo to perform my third surgery at the recommendation of a wonderful physical therapist. I can see why she chose Dr. Saucedo! I sustained a gunshot wound to my left hand. He never once showed less than the utmost compassion for my condition, despite the cause of it. From minute one, he treated me with respect, care and concern. He very thoroughly detailed a plan of action and humbly followed my lead as to my comfort level with the discussed plan of action. After my surgery in the late afternoon, Dr. Saucedo exuded delight in having performed a successful surgery. Someone in the waiting room asked how long he had been there. He said since 6 am. It was noted that he still had two surgeries to go. This person continued by saying, “That’s a long day! You must be ready to go home!” He said, “Oh, but it’s been a great day!” It is just amazing to see such a perpetual positive attitude that again exemplifies dedication to his chosen field of service! But there’s MORE! About a week after my surgery, Dr. Saucedo called me in the early evening. He was on his way home and just wanted to check on me. Never I have EVER had a doctor call to check on me. And after hours? Unheard of. I have never experienced such a humble, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled, and invested doctor! My recovery two weeks out is nothing like the first two! This recovery has been smooth, and my incision is healing beautifully! I can’t thank him enough, and I can’t recommend Dr. Saucedo enough for your orthopedic surgery needs! He and his staff were amazing to work with and I feel blessed to be under his care!

Excellent Tenex

Dr saucedo performed Tenex procedure on both of my elbows and did a great job. Highly recommend

I've been under his care for several years and have had multiple surgeries to correct issues with a right-arm fracture. Most notably, he's sincere in his care and has very positive attitude. He's very approachable and easy to talk to. He always has his patients’ best interest in mind, and is willing to discuss various avenues of treatment. His level of treatment has been exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to other people.

My son had to have arm surgery after he had broken both his radius and ulna. Dr. Saucedo explained to us every step of the way what he was going to do during surgery and answered all of our questions. He is just AMAZING. I can't explain how grateful I am to Dr. Saucedo on how he was able to help fix my sons arm! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon he is the best!!!

Great Hand Surgeon

I fractured my dominate wrist. James repaired it beautifully with a plate, seven screws and bone grafts. He was extremely sensitive to my fears and concerns and I felt comfortable in putting my complete trust in his hands. I am 79 (lady) and doing very well 8 weeks after surgery.

Carpel tunnel / Lateral epicondylitis surgery

Dr. James Saucedo is an exceptional surgeon. He explained my condition and various treatments before having surgery. Dr. Saucedo has a wonderful bedside manner and took time to answer all my questions. I was provided with the necessary care and follow-ups as needed including occupational surgery. Dr. Saucedo reassured me every step of the way before and after surgery. Surgery was a success and with minimal scarring and minimal pain. I will miss seeing his courteous staff and his wonderful sense of humor. I met Dr. Saucedo with a broken left pinky finger. I would like to say I had one of the best Doctors in Houston. He was to the point, reassured me that everything would be fine they would take care of me. Went over all the procedure with me, great follow up. I can not say one bad thing about him or his office staff. Friendly, upbeat office. From then minute you walk in the door and greeted at the front desk, to the back office staff, techs, and even when you check out. My surgery went well along with my recovery. I'm a foreign oral surgeon, broke my wrist 6 weeks ago and I was worried because I work with my hands. Went to visit Dr. Saucedo and he explained everything about the fracture, surgical and non-surgical options. I had surgery and he was very aware of my recovery, his staff is also very professional. I am thankful that I had dr. James Saucedo perform the surgery on my right hand finger, due to my GCTTS (Giant Cell Tumor of Tendon Sheath). Even though it seemed more complicated, dr. James was straightforward and very informative BEFORE the surgery. During surgery, the process went very smoothly and I was surrounded by a great staff of doctors and nurses. Everyone was so kind. Been seeing this doctor for about a year. He's amazing and the staff is so friendly. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and is also quick with his appointments. There's never a long wait to see him and his schedule is very flexible. He wants to fix your problem not just the type to continue doing temporary relief. Best doctor I've ever had.
